Boho Scandinavian - Cool Scandi Interiors With A Little Spice

What a lovely Sunday morning. The sun is shining so brightly that one might think summer is on in all respects.

I wonder how the Scandinavian interior would look like if spiced up a bit with boho details? Beautiful, exotic, with hints of earthy and natural, warm tones here and there. A woven basket, a colourful throw, vases, a delicate ebony sculpture on the windowsill, magnificent plants. Still, the background is unmistakably Scandinavian, with the reserved colours and simple, functional pieces so characteristic to Nordic countries. Retro furniture also tends to be more and more part of today's bohemian style homes.

Now, wait a minute. Do you happen to have some nice retro piece in the basement, something that belonged to your dad or mom or granny, shamefully neglected for decades? A coffee table, a chest of drawers, a sideboard from the sixties-seventies? Please don't throw it out. It will make your home look really unique. Let's see a few ideas:
